Terms & Conditions

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between Walsh Works Creations and the customer.

Payments

A non-refundable $100 deposit is required before the commission design process begins. Full payment must be completed before work on the final woodburning piece begins.

All payments are non-refundable once work on the final artwork has started.

Shipping

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and include insurance. Customers are responsible for any international customs duties or import fees.

Once shipped, delivery is handled by the carrier. Walsh Works Creations will assist with insurance claims if packages are lost or damaged.

Natural Wood Disclaimer

Artwork is created on real wood. Grain patterns, knots, and density variations may affect the final burn appearance. These variations are natural and part of the beauty of handcrafted wood artwork.

Logo Reproduction

Customers requesting reproduction of logos or branded material confirm they have permission from the rightful owner to reproduce the design.

Walsh Works Creations is not responsible for unauthorized use of copyrighted or trademarked materials submitted by customers.

Intellectual Property

Purchase of artwork transfers ownership of the physical piece only. Copyright remains with Walsh Works Creations.

Artwork may not be reproduced, sold, or used commercially without written permission.

AI & Digital Use

Artwork may not be used for AI training, machine learning datasets, NFTs, or automated digital reproduction without permission.

Portfolio Rights

Walsh Works Creations may photograph and display completed artwork for marketing and portfolio purposes.

Right to Refuse Service

Walsh Works Creations reserves the right to refuse commissions at its discretion.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, United States.
