Thank you for considering Walsh Works Creations for your custom artwork. Before filling out the form below to join the commission list, please review the following information.

1. A $100 commission fee is required for the design phase. This covers the time spent creating concepts and rough drafts while we work together to bring your vision to life. During this stage, we will discuss your ideas, review design samples, and refine the artwork until we reach a final design and price. You will not be asked to pay the fee until we have communicated and I have sent you a contract.

   Exception: If you are requesting a woodburning of an existing business logo that is already finalized and provided in a usable format, the design phase may not be required and the commission fee may be waived. This will be determined during our initial communication. You will not be asked to pay any fees until we have communicated and I have sent you a contract.

2. If we are unable to reach an agreement on a final design, or if you feel my style does not align with your vision, you are under no obligation to continue after the design phase. If you choose not to proceed, half of the commission fee will be refunded to account for time spent on drafts. If no design work has been started, the full fee will be refunded. If you decide to remove yourself from the waitlist, please let me know.

3. All artwork is handcrafted by me, Amber Walsh. Each piece is created individually—not by a machine—which means time, care, and attention go into every commission. I may be working on multiple pieces at once, but I will always provide an estimated timeline and keep you updated throughout the process.

4. Commission requests are handled on a first-come, first-served basis. If the form is closed, it means commission spots and waitlist positions are currently full. If the form is open, you will see whether new commissions are available or if you are being added to the waitlist. You will receive an email confirmation regarding your position.
